Job summary

Humano in Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 1 year of supervision experience to oversee inventory, shipping and receiving in a grocery warehouse. The role emphasizes safety compliance and familiarity with Amazon and 3PL environments is preferred.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop policy, monitor KPIs, and mentor staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Preference for experience in grocery and 3PL environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
