Job summary

Humano in Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 1 year of supervision experience to oversee inventory, shipping and receiving in a grocery warehouse. The role emphasizes safety compliance and familiarity with Amazon and 3PL environments is preferred.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop policy, monitor KPIs, and mentor staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Preference for experience in grocery and 3PL environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision to be part of the leadership team at our facility This is a grocery warehouse and operates in both a dry and coll environment not freezer The ideal candidate will oversee inventory shipping and receiving operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations Experience in Amazon and 3PL environments is preferred

Salary

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of 24 26hour DOE Shift 1st Shift Full Time Monday Friday Start time 4am
