Job summary

Humano is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our leadership team at our grocery warehouse, which operates in both dry and cold environments (not freezer). The role oversees inventory, shipping, and receiving while ensuring safety compliance and efficient operations.

Experience in Amazon and 3PL environments is preferred. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $22-$26 depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Preference for experience in grocery and 3PL environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managers in day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics.
• Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Monitor KPI to track and improve warehouse performance.
• Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
