McCormick & Company is seeking a Warehouser Team Manager II at the Regional Distribution Center in Byhalia, MS. The role leads Distribution Technicians across three shifts, driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives to meet customer needs 100% of the time.

You will mentor team members, coordinate with multiple departments, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience managing performance and profitability.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Willingness to work three shifts and flexible hours.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Understanding of cost impact on staffing and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop distribution technicians across three shifts.
• Prioritize work, set goals, and foster a safe team environment.
• Coach, train, and mentor non-exempt employees.
• Coordinate with materials management, QA, HR, and logistics.
• Drive safety, quality, cost, productivity, and service improvements.
• Support site goals and implement process improvements.
• Leverage Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP.
