Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3+ years in warehousing and at least 1 year in a team-lead role. Strong reading, math, and communication skills are required; familiarity with MS Office and safety policies is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years in warehouse/distribution; at least one year in a team lead role or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret data.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to work with several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
