Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or in pursuit of degree.
• Experience working in food manufacturing.
• TPM experience.
• Demonstrated competency in WMS or LMS applications; SAP or ERP asset.
• Understanding of how own area integrates with other areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team in a functional area; coaches and develops individuals; manages performance.
• Implements process improvements and conducts root-cause analyses as needed.
• Directs daily team management to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
