Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Warehouser Team Manager II at the Regional Distribution Center in Byhalia, MS. The role leads Distribution Technicians through receiving, storing, and shipping processes, rotating across all three shifts to provide continuous leadership and direction.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, cost control, and service, with opportunities to implement process improvements and coordinate with other teams to meet customer needs 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years as a MKC Team Manager I or equivalent.
• Experience managing performance, profitability and financial planning.
• Ability to lead across three shifts and collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution team and coach non-exempt staff to meet goals.
• Direct daily team management to prioritize work and maintain safety.
• Teach, coach, and mentor employees to develop skills and performance.
• Rotate across shifts to ensure leadership presence and guidance.
• Collaborate with Materials Management, QA, HR, and other departments to achieve site objectives.
• Support safety, quality, cost, productivity, and service metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement and use SAP for daily operations.
