Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow.
• Help coordinate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, put-away, and inventory activities.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and work performance.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with assigning tasks and distributing workload throughout the shift.
• Train and provide guidance to new and existing warehouse employees.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and proper product organization.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Monitor warehouse organization and ensure work areas remain clean and safe.
• Follow and enforce company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
