Job summary

IWS Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Lead in Bayonne, NJ to guide daily warehouse activities and a team of associates. You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires 1–2+ years in a warehouse environment and the ability to lead by example while communicating effectively with staff. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Previous Team Lead, Lead Associate, Supervisor, or senior warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
• Ability to lead by example and effectively communicate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, put-away, and inventory activities.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and work performance.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with assigning tasks and distributing workload throughout the shift.
• Train and provide guidance to new and existing warehouse employees.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and proper product organization.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Monitor warehouse organization and ensure work areas remain clean and safe.
• Follow and enforce company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
