Job&Talent US in Avenel, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise and guide a 10–15 person team in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will delegate tasks, monitor safety and quality, and prepare the floor for daily operations.

The role requires bilingualism (Spanish or Haitian Creole) and hands-on leadership to drive performance, headcount management, and on-time throughput. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading teams of 10 to 15 within a warehouse environment.
• Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure all employees follow safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations.
• Manage daily headcounts and ensure downtime targets are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate operational metrics such as PPH, chute fills, and CPP to the onsite manager or floor supervisor.
