Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Team Lead to support the Shipping manager and guide the shipping team. You will ensure procedures are followed, communicate goals and safety practices, and provide coaching to staff as they execute their plans.

You will participate in training and help maintain distribution center standards. You will monitor orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping, operate required warehouse equipment, and uphold KPI targets for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English and follow detailed instructions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to implement process improvements for the DC.
• Monitor orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping per standards.
• Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks).
• Record discrepancies and maintain audits; train new hires as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Distribution Center.
