Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Grand Forks, ND to oversee a production team, drive quality, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role combines hands-on leadership with strong communication to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and prior leadership in manufacturing or distribution, with 2+ years in a related role and 3–5 years preferred. On-site work with opportunities to mentor staff and optimize inventory and workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing and/or distribution with some leadership responsibilities.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing and/or distribution with some leadership responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leadership on employee scheduling, labor efficiency, work instructions, and throughput.
• Collaborate with other area leads and supervisors to facilitate cross-training opportunities; develop employee knowledge in multiple skill sets.
• Implement work instructions to ensure employee knowledge and accuracy is up to date.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production scheduler, and shipping to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all parts.
• Effectively communicate maintenance issues and repair and replace consumables as needed.
• Serve as a positive leader and mentor by exhibiting and instructing desirable behaviors and skill sets.
• Serve as the initial point of contact and primary support resource for employees, addressing and resolving various issues.
