Qualifications

• Forklift certification required and current.
• 2–4 years warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in varying warehouse conditions.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations — Manage daily workflow including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory replenishment.
• Team Leadership — Supervise warehouse associates, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training.
• Forklift Operation — Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment; ensure all staff follow equipment safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance — Enforce OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards; conduct regular safety checks and incident reporting.
• Inventory Management — Maintain accurate inventory counts, oversee cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement — Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
