• Assist warehouse daily operations, including sorting, loading and unloading.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee regional fleet operations and task distribution.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
