Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring to oversee warehouse floor activities, ensuring efficient coordination of all tasks. The role emphasizes leadership, staff training, and daily operational planning to deliver reliable service to customers.

You will supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with the operations manager. A HS diploma with four years of experience is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong English skills required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus four years related experience
• Minimum one year supervisory experience
• Proven knowledge of warehouse operations and safety
• Must have valid driver’s license and forklift/hand truck/pallet jack proficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in logistics
• Strong reading, writing and basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities of the warehouse floor to ensure coordinated operations
• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Plan daily work schedule by reviewing work orders and customer instructions
• Assign duties to warehouse staff and delegate training
• Conduct annual performance reviews and address performance issues promptly
• Communicate progress and issues to operations manager daily
• Lead regular staff meetings and maintain department status reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned
