Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Warehouse to supervise the team and oversee operations in a busy facility. You will ensure inventory accuracy, supervise tasks, and coach staff to improve performance while maintaining high safety standards.

Experience with SAP and WMS is required, along with a proven ability to train a team and uphold excellent customer service. A strong candidate will drive efficiency and ensure daily fulfillment targets are met.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is required.
• Experience with SAP and WMS systems is preferred.
• Supervisor or lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accuracy of inventory and orders.
• Review workload, assign tasks, and manage team performance.
• Train and coach staff; implement development actions as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
• Enforce company policies and operate equipment safely.
• Provide support to warehouse management and back up as needed.
• Track orders, investigate issues, and manage goods catalog.
• Uphold 7S and keep a clean, safe work environment.
