Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead to supervise a warehouse team and ensure smooth operations in our Minnesota facility. You will oversee daily tasks, coach staff, and ensure accurate inventory and safety standards.

You’ll use a warehouse management system and handheld scanners, review workload, assign tasks, and promote exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime/weekends.
• 1 year of supervision experience.
• Inventory control and cycle counting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize WMS and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues; catalog goods.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a safe environment.
