Job summary

Qualifications

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team; provide development opportunities.
Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
Ensure exceptional customer service and policy compliance.
Enforce safety procedures and operate equipment safely.
Provide support to warehouse management and cover as needed.
Track orders and investigate discrepancies or issues.
Catalog and track goods and supplies.
Uphold the 7S program and maintain a clean work environment.
