Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead to oversee a warehouse team on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm). You will manage daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring accurate inventory and on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. OT may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance actions.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment per 7S program.
