The candidate should have 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the assigned team.
• Provides performance feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor for each team member.
• Ensures equipment is available and in working order to complete tasks.
• Leads daily safety checks on forklift trucks, conveyors, and other equipment.
• Inspects quality and quantity of supplies and equipment received by the team.
• Verifies outgoing deliveries meet quality standards and paperwork is signed.
• Maintains accurate work records and communicates rules and objectives clearly.
• Collaborates with the team to improve department effectiveness and implements viable ideas.
• Resolves conflicts among team members and other employees.
• Orders new equipment as requested by management.
