Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years as Warehouse Manager or similar.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes.
• Optimize warehouse layout for space and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct audits.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and training programs.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales to manage stock.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports.
