Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to drive productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role emphasizes data entry accuracy, inventory control, and coordinating a team to execute day-to-day tasks with efficiency.

The position requires warehouse experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel), and the ability to learn new systems. A bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance within RXO's

Qualifications

Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook and Excel.
Ability to learn new computer applications.
4 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for accurate data entry.
Handle inventory, monitor levels, and reconcile merchandise.
Assign work and monitor group activities.
Instruct associates in equipment, procedures, and housekeeping; guide team in housekeeping requirements.
Monitor availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity.
