Job summary

RXO is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to drive productivity and safeguard accuracy in daily operations. You will supervise associates, ensure data integrity, and uphold safety standards across the warehouse, contributing to efficient shipping and receiving processes.

In this role you’ll mentor a team, manage inventories, and partner with operations to optimize workflows. The position requires solid organizational skills and the ability to learn new computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.

• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
• Assist with resolving problems to improve productivity and address substandard performance.
• Process PM Roadie returns.
• Audit PM Roadie returns.

Compensation for this role is 23 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

What your day‑to‑day will look like:

• Be responsible for accurate data entry
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assign work and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance
• Process PM Roadie returns
• Audit Scan PM Roadie returns

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• 1 years of warehouse experience
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)
• Solid math skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate‑controlled
