Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to drive productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role emphasizes data entry accuracy, inventory control, and coordinating a team to execute day-to-day tasks with efficiency.

The position requires warehouse experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel), and the ability to learn new systems. A bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance within RXO's

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, monitor levels, and reconcile merchandise.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in equipment, procedures, and housekeeping; guide team in housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with resolving problems to maximize associate productivity.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Be responsible foraccuratedata entry

• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation

• Assign work andmonitorgroup activities

• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements

• Monitor andmaintainavailability of tools, materials, and supplies

• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs

• Assistwith resolving problems to ensuremaximumassociate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

At a minimum,you’llneed:

• Microsoft Office experience andproficiency(Outlook and Excel)

• Ability to learn new computer applications

• 4 years of warehouse experience

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

It’dbe great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual (Spanish)

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days,eveningsand weekends

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)

• Solid math skills
