Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates for a safety‑conscious, outgoing team member in Aurora, CO. You will support and supervise routine warehouse tasks, optimize productivity with the Operations Supervisors, and handle a variety of duties to meet supervisor expectations.

The role is in a cold storage facility (28–55 degrees) with a $24.50 per hour base pay plus a $1.00 shift differential, plus a robust benefits package and a retention bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Executes & provides process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Leads & complies with Safety and Well Being efforts on assigned shift.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Assemble product containers and crates.
• Read work orders to determine items to be moved.
