Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑conscious team at our Aurora facility. The role supports regular and temporary staff, coordinating with Supervisors to meet productivity targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Pay starts at $23.50 base plus $1.00 shift differential ($24.50/hour). Benefits include retention bonus, PTO, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K and more.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to learn and use proprietary software required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Executes & provides process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Leads & complies with Safety and Well Being efforts on assigned shift.
• Opens and closes dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine material needs.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved using production sheets.
• Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Accurately prepare parcels for mailing and shipping.
