Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Tracy, CA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, support staff, and improve productivity and safety. This role works in a cold storage environment (28° F to 55° F) and reports to Operations Supervisors. The position offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, 2:00 pm–12:30 am with a 4/10 work pattern. Pay is $24.66/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential, plus incentives, with full-time benefits

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Forklift certification preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and support daily warehouse operations and assigned associates.
Stage, sort, load, and unload products and trailers.
Promote and support Safety and Well-Being initiatives.
Move, store, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse.
Pick, pack, label, shrink-wrap, and prepare products for shipment.
Utilize warehouse management systems and scanners to track inventory and orders.
