Job summary

The Jay Group Inc seeks a Team Lead to guide a warehouse team on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 3pm, with overtime as needed. You will assign tasks, monitor productivity, and coach underperformers to achieve daily goals.

You will train new hires, document processes, ensure safety, and use the Warehouse Management System for orders, manifests, and invoicing. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and guide a team on multiple projects.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to optimize productivity.
• Monitor team productivity and coach underperformers.
• Audit quality of work and provide feedback.
• Assist with documentation, setup, and paperwork.
• Onboard and train new hires; promote safe practices.
