Job summary

The Team Lead will train staff, ensure adherence to SOPs, and maintain accurate records. Must have forklift certification, 1 year logistics experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution is required.
• Must be able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, picking, staging, and shipping per SOPs.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and prepare site activity reports.
