Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Lead to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment. You will manage a team, train staff, and drive safety and efficiency across the shift.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flex schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes to maintain correct inventory and ensure on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team with development opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
