Job summary

Veloz is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support daily operations at a Stockton, CA facility. This role blends leadership with hands-on tasks like unloading freight and coordinating the team on a fast-paced 4-day, 10-hour shift.

You will train new associates, serve as a key link between employees and management, and help keep safety, productivity and quality at the forefront of daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• 6+ months of team lead, leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience unloading trailers or doing manual warehouse labor (strongly preferred).
• Strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example.
• Reliable attendance and availability for a consistent 4-day schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Forklift or other equipment experience is a plus, but not required.

Warehouse Team Lead (Hands-On) – 2nd Shift | Stockton, CA | $25.00/hr

About the Role

Veloz is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support daily operations at a Stockton, CA facility.

This is a working-lead role for someone who likes being in the middle of the action. Most of your shift will be hands-on work, including unloading freight and other physical warehouse tasks. You'll also guide and support the team day to day, help train new associates, and be a key link between warehouse employees and management to keep each shift running safely and efficiently.

Schedule

• Full-time, 4 days a week (10-hour shifts), 5:00 PM start


• Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday


• Overtime available based on business needs. This is a 7-day operation.

What You'll Do

• Unload trailers, move freight, stage product and handle other general warehouse tasks

Physical Requirements

This is a highly physical role with manual labor for most of the shift. You must be able to:

• Frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs


• Unload trailers and freight by hand for extended periods


• Bend, squat, twist, reach, climb and stay on your feet for long periods


• Keep up productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment


• Work safely around equipment, trailers and docks
