Job summary

Humano LLC in Stockton, CA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead for the 2nd shift to support daily operations at our facility.

This working-lead role combines direct supervision with hands-on duties, including unloading trailers, guiding the team, training new staff, and maintaining productivity and safety standards in a 7-days-a-week operation.

Schedule: four days per week on the 2nd shift (5pm start), with Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday options, at $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• At least 6 months of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience unloading trailers or manual warehouse labor preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent four-day schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on warehouse duties, including unloading trailers and moving freight.
• Lead by example in productivity, safety, attendance, and work quality.
• Provide daily direction, support, and coaching to warehouse associates.
• Help establish a productive pace and ensure safe operation.
• Communicate with management about daily operations, productivity, staffing, and issues.
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
• Ensure safety procedures and warehouse policies are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support inventory accuracy and proper freight handling.
• Promote a positive, respectful, team-oriented work environment.
