Job summary

States Logistics Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in San Bernardino on the 1st shift. The role supports the supervisor, coordinates workloads, and ensures safety and policy compliance while actively leading a team.

You will operate a forklift, manage loading/unloading, and participate in LEAN initiatives. Overtime, weekend work, and a starting pay of $23-$25 per hour with a $1 shift differential are offered.

Qualifications

• 12 months of warehouse or logistics experience.
• 1+ year in a leadership role supervising 5+ employees.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in workload distribution.
• Enforce company safety and department policies; report issues promptly.
• Operate forklift or other machinery for loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transport of goods.
• Perform other warehouse duties and projects as assigned.
• Contribute to LEAN initiatives to reduce waste.
