Job summary

Humano is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead for our Stockton, CA facility. This role supports daily operations, leads a team of warehouse associates, and ensures safety and productivity during a first shift.

The position requires leading by example, coordinating with management, and performing physical warehouse tasks across a seven-day operation with a four-day schedule (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday) and a 5am start.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• At least 6 months of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience unloading trailers or manual warehouse labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands on warehouse duties including unloading trailers and moving freight.
• Lead by example in productivity, safety, attendance, and work quality.
• Provide daily direction, support, and coaching to warehouse associates.
• Identify and communicate operational issues to management.
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse flow.
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
