Job summary

States Logistics Services, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for 1st shift in our California facility. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 4:00 am to 12:30 pm, with overtime as needed during busy periods. Compensation starts at $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include safely loading/unloading, checking orders against POs, and moving goods to staging areas. We offer PTO, a competitive benefits package, and ESOP/401K options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, twist, and push/pull 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work required overtime regularly, including 10+ hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good attendance and punctuality: must show up on time and work scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Read and fill customer orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
• Unload trucks, check-in products, match POs to sale orders, and assist shipping/receiving; note discrepancies.
• Assemble customer orders on pallets and relocate to holding or outbound staging areas; may weigh/count items as needed.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for company and customer traffic; may perform facilities maintenance.
