Requirements

• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• 1+ year warehouse experience (preferred)
• RF scanner experience (advanced required)
• Valid forklift license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible and organized, able to handle pressure
• Bilingual (Québec only)

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve warehouse operations
• Perform tasks such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Organize daily work and allocate resources
• Motivate and guide team members to meet KPIs
• Provide orientation and safety training
• Handle warehouse paperwork and reports
• Other duties as assigned
