Job summary

Qualifications

• Stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, staging, and storage.
• Monitor employee performance and provide reports to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain communication with management regarding productivity and workflow challenges.
• Support inventory accuracy through oversight of proper scanning and system usage.
