Job summary

Job Summary

The Warehouse Team Lead serves as the operational leader for the warehouse floor, ensuring daily fulfillment activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and safely. This position provides day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to Warehouse Associates while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence. The Warehouse Team Lead partners closely with warehouse leadership to identify process improvements, resolve operational issues, and help develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Comfortable using warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience.

Prior experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.

Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.

Experience with shipping software and warehouse management systems.

Knowledge of lean operations or process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with trading card games, collectibles, or e-commerce fulfillment.
