Job summary

Greencoast Hydroponics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations at the Commercial Warehouse Center. You will oversee order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Sales and Customer Service, optimize processes with WMS/TMS, and build reliable relationships with carriers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems, logistics practices, and transportation management.
• Proficiency in warehouse software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers in compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
• Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics such as order accuracy, on‑time delivery, and inventory levels.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to warehouse, transportation, or customer deliveries.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to align warehouse processes with business goals.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to enhance performance and productivity.
