Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking a Warehouse Lead Associate for our Bishop Lane location in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on leading a team, coordinating daily order picking, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

You will oversee tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and compliance standards while using warehouse software to drive performance. This is a hands-on leadership position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse software and systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and provide instructions to warehouse associates, setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked, shipped accurately, and within required timeframes.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory through effective organization and detailed record-keeping.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for all stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies and improve processes to prevent future issues.
• Operate cherry pickers, forklifts and other material handling equipment as necessary.
• Keep accurate documentation for all warehouse activities and provide reports to management.
