PLUMBERS SUPPLY COMPANY is seeking a Warehouse Lead Associate at our Bishop Lane location. You will lead a team, oversee daily order picking, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse software and systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates, assign work, and set expectations.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through organized processes and record-keeping.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies and drive process improvements.
• Operate cherry pickers, forklifts, and other handling equipment as needed.
• Document and report warehouse activities to management.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

• Leadership and Supervision: Assign work and provide instructions to warehouse associates, setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable.
• Operational Management: Ensure all customer orders are picked, shipped accurately, and within required timeframes.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accuracy in inventory through effective organization and detailed record-keeping.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards, ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for all stakeholders, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any operational discrepancies and improve processes to prevent future issues.
• Equipment Operation: Operate cherry pickers, forklifts and other material handling equipment as necessary.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate documentation for all warehouse activities and provide reports to management.

OUR MUST HAVES:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar supervisory role in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse software and systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to physically handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
