Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co in Louisville is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately pick and prepare orders at our Bishop Lane location. You will use RF scanners to pick items and verify orders against barcodes, ensuring high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a team-oriented mindset. You will also update ERP inventory after each pick and help maintain a safe, clean warehouse workspace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner and reading orders.
• Retrieve items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Update inventory in ERP system after each pick.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

• Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy.
• Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders.
• Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

OUR MUST HAVES:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
