Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, light assembly.
• Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, delivery, quality, and safety goals.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on SOPs and safety protocols.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for inventory into SAP/MES system.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leadwho will not only perform core warehouse duties but also provide day-to-day leadership to a team of hourly employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about continuous improvement and team development.

The schedule for this position is:

1st Shift: 05:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations including pulling, packing, collecting, inspecting, and light assembly of parts and materials.
• Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity, delivery, quality, and safety goals.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues and escalating concerns as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for inventory into SAP/MES system
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

Preferred

1-3 years:

Proven experience in a lead or team coordinator role within a warehouse environment.
