Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products.
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams to support operational requirements.
  • Ensure materials are properly stored, handled, and transported in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory variances, and operational issues.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with 5S and safety standards.
  • Coordinate carrier scheduling and shipping logistics to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations related to warehouse operations and less-lethal product handling.
  • Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
