Safariland is seeking a production associate to assist in daily machine operations and assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform operations, follow standardized procedures, and participate in kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and quality.

The role requires basic reading/writing, attention to detail, and reliable attendance, with opportunities to support standardized work and quality control across multiple stations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities.
• Organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Self-motivated; good attendance is important.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) to two (2) years manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
• Organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Good Attendance is extremely important
