Vail Resorts in Breckenridge is hiring for a Warehouse & Sustainability Lead as part of winter seasonal staffing. The role focuses on coordinating recycling and sustainability efforts, receiving and organizing products for Mountain Dining, and guiding a team through daily operations.

Starting wage is $23.00/hr to $26.88/hr with full-time hours and housing available. The position emphasizes attention to detail, logistics, safety, and mentoring staff within a dynamic mountain resort environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience or similar.
• Ability to work in adverse weather and on weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical tasks to pick, pack and deliver goods.
• Assist in coordinating recycling and sustainability efforts.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and mentor teammates.
• Support training of staff and provide feedback as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and assist other departments as required.

Job Responsibilities:

The expected pay range is$23.00/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
