Job summary

Vail Resorts, Inc. is hiring for winter seasonal roles in Colorado, including warehouse positions, cooks, drivers, and on-mountain support. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with full-time hours available for the Winter 2026/2027 season.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to drive oversize trucks and maneuver in tight areas.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Excellent internal and external customer service.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and move 125 lbs.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receives, logs, and stores product in warehouse locations.
• Assists delivery drivers with loading/unloading trucks.
• Rotates and logs food and beverage inventory; checks product quality for freshness.
• Maintains cleanliness of warehouse per health codes and company guidelines.
• Assists on-mountain restaurants with daily duties when asked.
• Supports environmental compost duties when needed.
• Receives mail and distributes to designated addresses at the resort.
• Assists with haul cat duties when requested.

As a key member to the warehouse team, you will manage the receipt of goods on our receiving dock, storage within our warehouse, and delivery to our internal departments. Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license - required.
• Must be able to drive oversize trucks and be comfortable operating vehicles in tight areas such as loading docks, parking lots, etc.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize workload successfully.
• Must be able to provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions - required.
• Able to perform manual labor, lift 75 lbs, and handle or move 125lbs - required.
• Strong work ethic - required.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
