Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records, and to support operational workflows in a fast-paced environment. In this full-time role, you will enter data, route materials, generate reports on inventory and shipments, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

A HS diploma and 2+ years in warehouse support are required; forklift certification is preferred or can be pursued.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse support or inventory control.
• Certified or willing to become Order Picker and Forklift Operator.
• Certification in Supply Chain or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter warehouse data and route materials.
• Prepare reports on inventory and shipment activity.
• Update stock records and respond to operational inquiries.
• Maintain operational records and support timely order processing.
