Job summary

Responsibilities include receiving containers, loading, labeling, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to EH&S, FSMA, cGMP, and RD procedures while meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training preferred.
• 3–5 years of distribution warehouse experience required.
• 3+ years forklift experience with competent driving skills.
• Strict adherence to safety SOPs, cGMPs, batch records and documentation.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication required.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety and sanitation standards.
• Work under productivity standards of performance.

Responsibilities

• Offload inbound containers, verify paperwork and Bills of Lading, inspect for damages.
• Load outbound trucks, verify product name, lot number and quantity.
• Create or adjust shipment labels per guidelines.
• Operate forklift and load/unload trailers.
• Stack and move pallets using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Maintain inventory counts and organize stock.
• Attend safety/department meetings and follow SOPs.
• Report safety, cleanliness or quality issues to management.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment through daily housekeeping.
• Comply with EH&S, FSMA, cGMP, and RD procedures and regulations.
• Follow OSHA training and safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement across warehouse tasks.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
