Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records, and to support operational workflows in a fast-paced environment. In this full-time role, you will enter data, route materials, generate reports on inventory and shipments, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

A HS diploma and 2+ years in warehouse support are required; forklift certification is preferred or can be pursued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse support or inventory control.
• Certified or willing to become Order Picker and Forklift Operator.
• Certification in Supply Chain or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities:

Entering warehouse data, routing materials, preparing reports on inventory and shipment activity, updating stock records, and responding to operational inquiries to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, with 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control. Must be certified or willing to become certified as an Order Picker and Forklift Operator. Certification in Supply Chain or related fields preferred.

Skills:

Attention to detail, ability to handle data accurately, knowledge of inventory management, and certification in forklift operation. Strong communication skills for internal and external inquiries.

Key Duties:

Maintain operational records, manage inventory data, support timely order processing, and contribute to efficient warehouse workflows.
